We have completed all of the site work for Phase I of this development and have also constructed two additional foundations to allow for expedited tenant occupancy as required.
Our current building layout is 125’ X 60’ for a total of 7500 FT2. Inside of each building we have the availability to host 5 clients at 1500 FT2 per unit or multiples thereof. Inside we can tailor plumbing and electrical needs to meet individual client requirements.
Phase II of this development will be the addition of two additional buildings located at the rear of the property.
